Refunds Policy and Returns

First, please contact us and send all the details with your order number and we will guide you through the process (Please give us 2-3 days to respond your email)

• In order to accept returns for a full refund, products must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Returned product must be unworn, same condition you received it, unwashed, in the original packaging and with tags on.
• After receiving the returned product, we will send you an email for approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be processes and applied to you original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business day for the refund to be in your bank account.

EXCHANGE

• Exchange product are only accept for the same product but different size available.
• Customer must cover shipping for an exchange.

Important – Damaged or incorrect items reported after 10 days from the receiving date will NOT be eligible for exchange.
